mirror cameras


To resolve the lack of space for proper cameras in modern gadgets here are some ideas:
Instead of dot-circle like cameras use linear optics. Let's look in side laptop section 5.  Light 1 from long optical window 2 goes to mirror 3 and to matrix 5.
The bigger the matrix the better the picture. To compensate the angle we spread the pixels in linear area. So instead of 3-4 mm in modern phones we will have 10-15 mm.   

In this idea I also showed the two side camera in one. Beside the V shape mirror there is a e-link kind of surface which reflect or not reflect the light depends on the user choice (alternatively transparency could be controlled in optic window 2).





However, probably even better technology is to have facet like style multiple cameras. They already in some stage of research and could soon change the market.
